This is a diet that has a balanced proportion of nutrients and minimal amounts of fats, sugar and salt. A healthy diet means a diet that maintains nutrients intake and reduces the amount of salt, fat, sugar, and cholesterol. This will ensure people enjoy life without the common conditions and illnesses associated with poor diet.
