Toning Your Muscles
Toning your muscle doesn’t mean you will end up looking like a huge muscular guy unless of course you want to do, it doesn’t happen overnight and you can stop anytime you are comfortable with your body and maintain your gains indefinitely. This applies to women as well; you won’t get a huge manly muscle because you don’t have the same hormones men do. All that will happen is that you will build lean muscle tissue just like the top models, dancers and celebrities. Being stronger is a fundamental key to living a free and enjoyable life. Many people today struggle with basic everyday task like climbing the stairs, carrying the shopping moving furniture playing with their kids and basically just getting around. Building muscle means you can function with greater ease. As you become stronger everything becomes relatively lighter and simple tasks that were once hard are rendered easy. . Body toning strengthens our bones and muscles. As we age, the body reduces the production of estrogen. The lack of sufficient amounts of estrogen in the body can lead to brittle bones which makes them prone to breakage. Drinking milk and other supplements can no longer suffice this need, thus as early as now we have to do regular toning exercises to keep our bones and muscles strong as we age. We can then go ahead to our golden years without feeling it-as we can still do our usual activities because of sturdy bones and flexible muscles.
